The town of Lovettsville had to rearrange the Oktoberfest layout due to ground conditions. The NJLC booth will now be in the center of town, behind town hall. Come paint a pumpkin with us!
It's time once again to celebrate our community's German heritage! Be sure to stop by our booth on Saturday, 9/29 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which will be located at the Kinderfest as we once again provide a pumpkin painting craft! We also will offer information about upcoming events, including the special worship service at NJLC on Sunday, 9/30 at 10:00 a.m. featuring the Alte Kameraden Brass Quintet!
If you can volunteer, sign up sheets will be available in the Fellowship hall. Sign ups are for two-hour shifts. Our booth will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an estimated hour set up and take down time. For questions please contacted Lisa Schleipfer at edenrivers@gmail.com.
